Description:
The nightclub is located in beautiful downtown Ft. Lauderdale and is one of the most popular clubs on the strip. The owner is proud of what the club has become but feels more attention is needed than what he can provide. While the club’s net gross is quite high, he has agreed it to sell it for much less than it’s valued at, simply to move on with his new ventures in Connecticut.
