The Motionless Keyboard Company, was registered in 1997 with the goal to introduce to the marketplace a wrist band carrier that will change the way you think of mobile computing: The Mobile Band.
The “MobileBand” is a unique carrier for hand held computing devices, including the iPhone and iPod Touch. These products are operated easier when carried on the wrist. The device rotates at 90 -degree increments for a full 360 degree motion. This wrist- band carrier allows for flexibility when using phone, camera, web, etc. Currently there are twenty- eight iPhone accessories on the market. These are all belt or armband carriers.
None are wrist -band accessories and none have rotational capability. The MobileBand keeps your device close at hand.
The MobileBand has additional applications for Blackberry devices and other cellular phone markets that adds ten or more potential device carriers, each with potentially millions of after market sales. The start up includes Apple, Blackberry and Motorola mobile computing devices.
These carriers are safety oriented; yet comfortable, fashionable and stylish, adaptable and versatile, with the ability to add to any wristband, MobileBand has a wide demographic sales potential.
It is projected that Apple, since it’s debut, will have sold a total of forty million iPods by the end of 2009. Being very conservative Mobile Band’s likely unit sales is perhaps 10% of established volume.
MobileBand cost @1,000 units: $3.00/unit
MobileBand Wholesale: $15.00/unit
The start up capital needed is currently estimated to be $25,000 that will complete the development of the tooling for the MobileBand and the initial inventory. Stock options are currently available at a price of .25/share. The MobileBand will go public in January 2009 at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. When the MobileBand debuts, stocks will go to 1.00/share. This is a conservative return on the funds invested.
