My business isn't new. Already it exists in the names like Cloud Kitchen/Ghost kitchen. What I am doing now is that, setting up the facility in the heart of farming town. This helps to bring all the farmers and bakers, chefs and caterers together to network and source high-quality produce and meat and ultra-low price and compete against any big corporations.
Also, To attract new talents, I am going to set up a facility to teach cooking/baking classes, farming, and food techniques. To complement the food entrepreneurs and farmers, I would like to add two more spaces in my facility to add copacking machinery. Copacking is a huge industry. Not many players are available. With my combination, farmers can grow and learn to cook and then pack the food and market directly to consumers in the farmers market, online and through another distribution channel. This helps to bring the price of high quality food products down.
