Cash Capital Investments-CCI was founded based on the concept, It Takes a Village to Raise a Child, CCI would design and building affordable luxury multi-family housing villages called Village People Properties-VPP. The villages would provide everything from 24hr surveillance and manned state of the art education centers, child care, and fitness centers. Rental incentives would be facilitated for Child Care Providers, Police, Firefighters, Veteran/Military personnel, and Teachers. The villages are designed to neutralize poverty and stimulate tenants into becoming more productive members in society.
