Otter Creek Valley Farm, LLC is a developoing agriculture tourism farm. We offer come pick your own vegetables, berries, flowers, and herbs. We offer educational classes in the culinary arts, herbal medicine, making your own healthy tasty teas, organic gardening and sustainability. We are developing berry recipes that we can preserve to sell from our farm store for jam and ice cream toppings. We need to have a professional kitchen on our farm to accomodate the legalities of selling our foods.
We are developing 17 acres into a landscape of raised beds and walking paths of fruit trees, vegetables, berries, herbs, and flowers. We also want to lanscape in our hill a cave/basement like building for storing our root crops, an arbor of grapes for hiking and dining under that extends all around our farm, a small trout stream for fishing, a small water fall and pool for a meditation area, resting patios with rest rooms, bird sanctuaries, garden sheds, and animal hutches for a variety of farm animals for petting and ambiance.
