The spirit is strong and finds resilience in wisdom from the elders, vitality from the youth, and strength from those in between. Spirit House accesses those wisdoms through interviews, insight, and art. This is the inception of a bi-monthly literary journal called Spirit House: Art and Wisdom, a publication of Medicine Media™. It will bridge the gap between art and ritual, creativity and sacred teachings around the world. It will seek an evolution of dichotomies and a shifting of cultural priorities. It will be contemporary and ancient, evangelical and inclusive, soulful and subversive. It will be an ignition point for the renewal of the connection between ritual and art. It will access wisdom of both elders and the young, the religious and the secular. It will delve into history and predict the future. Spirit House will be a dreaming space where the unlikely merge so that new possibilities for living are born.
