We have pool of homebuyers and realtor, but need land buyer and developer to develop the land. We have permanent financing and up to $48,500 per qualified family in down payment assistance and special financing available due to only 12% home ownership in census tract. We need no more than 1 million in a Socially Responsible Investment to facilitate the land development and site construction of all 36 lots for a total $6 million dollar development project.
