Description:
We are a (2) station company in East Texas that covers over 9 counties in east Texas and 3 parrishes in LA. We have a 26kw FM station that has permission increase it's power to 50kw and a 5 kw AM station that cover nearly the same area of the FM . The Fm station has been formatted as to Southern Gospel music which has proven to be widely accepted, and the AM station is a 24/7 talk station. The current owners are looking to retire and want to sale the company they have little knowledge of the broadcast business. I have been involved with the station since the beginning of the "Cross Texas" company. I am interested in acquiring the company and take it further.
