(URL removed), or Tuff Guy Tools is not why I am contacting you, this is a new business "idea" I've had for a couple of years and it seems like I'm never going to get to it. I've only shared my idea with a few people whom all agree it's Good, but I am one guy, I can't do it all and in the meantime this idea is idle and it's frustrating, every day. I despised "investors" because the ones I've spoken with just wanted the ROI and I wanted a partner. Anyway I'd rather lose money than this everyday frustration I am going through. I'd like a face to face with someone that knows real estate. I'd like to ONLY deal with someone local in Phoenix and I promise whomever you send will jump on this. I own a Tool & Safety business, server space, web development and/or IT is completely out of my expertise and they are expensive.
