I am attending a 3-day seminar this weekend and we were advised today of how much it would costs to start this business in real-estate. The amount needed is $24,000.00 by tomorrow, Sunday 17, 2008 by 5:00 p.m. I will learn wholesale purchasing, land development, real estate financing, (URL removed) instructor said the money could be raised overnite (as that's how he got his),could be done if we had the willingness to do the business. I dont personally know of anyone who has this type of money and those I've asked said no, so if anyone could help me out with a loan, I will repay in six to 12 months.
