Description: My business venture is a consumer marketing/digital media sharing platform website called (URL removed). The website will feature songs and videos from artists, actors/directors, broadcasters ( free live web cam shows who can hold a pay-per-view show from the Avenues of Revenue, prices will be up 2 Rep Duo and FanBase size) and games from game studios. Fans will be able to log on the website via Facebook or Twitter with updates on who or what they are watching, playing or listening to and that will give that artist, actor/director or broadcaster more promotion time for their work. The most interesting feature about the site will be that when , the users visit the page of the artist, actor/director or broadcaster or game studio . . . they will get paid for every view, listen or comment! Thats not all the Fan will be paid for every time they interact with an advertisement and not exiting out from the advertisement!!! That will give companies and corporations a better chance to pitch their product or service to the consumer and the Fan will have to comment and rate from a scale of 1-11 in order to get paid . . . The Fan will be paid 10-25 in "I.O.N. cash points" which can be turned in for $0.10 for every 500 cash points the Fan/content creator has!!! To purchase "I.O.N. Cash Points" it would be $2.00 for 100 points. The Fan or Content Creator all of this will be funded by profits gained from advertisements performers paying for featured positions that will be placed properly for more traffic to their profile page, Fans who want to make more from advertisements, percentages gained from "I.O.N. Cash point" tranfers and interest of "Loan 2 Own" copyrights program. (URL removed) will also feature an interface of the United States (eventually it will be the world in 2 months of the site launching) that the Fan can make the entertainment they want genre, city, state or region or country specific. Every city, state, region attached to and artist name will make 10% of the 20% we take from the artist as a form of tax for generating profits from the website to help pay for City Reps (the City, State, Region and Country Reps will be a serious job that is time demanding, but decisions made by Reps will bring better quality entertainment and more profits) who will be a male and female representing the FanBase of that city! These individuals will be voted on by their respected cities to organize and host events, interview content creators, influence businesses to advertise in their city and help out with community services by using that 10% city tax from fans. I already have a business license, copyright, trademarks, and intellectual property for my website so the funding process for the investors can be smooth. What I need now is a $535,000 investment to hire a web devoloper for the functionality of my web site, to staff workers for day-to-day operations before the major investments from venture firms, and for equipment.
