We are a small contracting (interior finishes: i.e. floors, ceilings, walls, framing, painting, etc... bidding small to medium size renovation and new construction projects in Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Projects have ranged from $15,000.00 to $275,000.00, we have been competitive on most projects and successful in obtaining on contract for $77,500.00 and are expecting another project in the low $40,000.00s in the next week or two and a possibility of one other project near $60,000.00. We need to continue bidding projects to maintain and secure current workloads and to strategically continue to secure projects into the next 6 to 12 months and beyond. We desire funding in the range of $75,000.00 at the minimum and to $200,000.00 at the maximum.
We are receiving many invitations to bid projects after successfully getting our company name exposed to many local and regional contractors and being competitive with the existing contractors. We believe that the process will continue and that we need to be ready financially and logistically to meet the workloads.
