Description: I HAD a gourmet waffle shop in San Juan Bautista (on 3rd Ave). I recently had to relocate to Palm Springs. I would like to open my waffle shop (50+ types of gourmet waffles), but this time, I would like to own my own building. I operated in San Benito county for three years and did very well for a startup company. However, my place was too small to meet the demands and needs of people frequenting my shop. I had a fantastic idea and I loved what I did and I would like to pursue that dream once more.
