I need somebody to help with financing buying houses for flipping. I'm very skilled at remodeling and with employees already at my disposal and my current business is seasonal. I'm tired of starting over every spring financialy. I love searching for the next best deal on property and fixing them up. I'm on my second house. But with the economy my bank told me I need 40% down for investment property. I'm planning on recooping the investors money and then sum in a few months or no longer than a year. my properties will be cheap and cost effective to (URL removed) planning on selling them under market value and help the buyer in any way (URL removed) todays economy you need to fix fast and sell fast. Plus with the company I already own which is resurfacing concrete will benefit enhancing the home cheaper. I really think we could make some good money because there is very few people doing this in my area and I have alot of drive. My current company I started out of a pickup truck and now have 4 nice company trucks paid for. I went from living in a trailer to a 3000sqft home. that I have 35,000 equity in. I am a christain man with a burning desire to do what it takes to live my dream. I currently gross about 275,000 a year working 8 months of it.
