Revenue Sharing Note To Fatten Resort Hotel Acquisition Repayments
My wife and I are seeking $6 Mil in small business funding in order to complete the acquisition of an existing first class resort hotel, currently showing gross sales of Above $1M.
Among other important details are:
We intend to offer you a revenue participation note, which earns you a slice of revenue off the top, before any expenses are deducted, along with your loan repayments, preferably in lieu of a share of equity. This revenue sharing will continue until your loan is repaid in full.

We're mainly interested in these types of funding:
--Alternative or Loan Funding
--401k Funding
We will also consider Private Placement Funding as an option, should we not find alternate financing otherwise.
The funds will primarily be used for the following:
--Hotel Acquisition / or Hotel Franchise Funding
--Extra operating reserve for our first year of operations, to seize new
marketing or profitable joint venture opportunities.
