G. Odd Designs LLC, invests in rental properties. What we do is buy properties that are 95% to 100% full. Little or no maintenance is required, because the buildings have been recently updated. We then work with non-profit organizations who need to place clients in a rental property. Therefore we have an endless list of tenants with government guaranteed rents. Due to the economy, high number of foreclosures and loss of jobs the non profit groups have more cliental than they have properties to places them. Since property value have plunged now is the prefect time to meet this need. Due to the economic condition we are able to get an ROI of 15% - 25% for venture capitalists. We currently have two properties, we would like to purchase 10 others that meet are qualifications, we just need the capital.
