We are a janitorial and cleaning company looking to expand the business in our area and we need expansion and debt consolidation capital.
However our immediate concern is saving our home: We are being offered a 40 year modification at 4.575% but they now want PMI on it because of the decreased value from the housing crash and they want $2,700 up front to do it and we dont have it. We need a small loan of $3000 to get the modification. Our credit has gone bad in this recession.
Do you have any suggestions or know any lender that would make us this small loan? I owned this house as a refinance since 2004 and paid all payments on time until late 2009 when we had financial difficulties. Parents bought the house new in 1985. It is the nicest small house in the neighborhood with the biggest lot in the development.
