Description:
Boanerges Power Company has developed a hydroelectric power system which can generate a stream of electricity with minimum input and maintenance, relatively inexpensive parts and long life. We would like to develop our generators in obscurity in order to create steady streams income based upon supplying electricity to electric operators.
With a supply contract we can produce a set revenue stream, each year, per generator. We plan to sell the generators as asset-backed securities or a similar formation. We will build, maintain, house and repair the generators and earn a share in annual revenue from electricity supply sales with the owners of the generators.
We are seeking $160,000 to build the first generator and refine the model, set up a sales effort, and put a down payment on a piece of remote property near a power station. About 60% of the generator can be liquidated if we are not successful. Also the generator can be used to offset the electric bill of the owner and sell that electricity back to their electric company if we are nominally successful. This reduces risk significantly. The generators cost $100,000 to build after we have the first product and can produce about 10% ROI per year. We can promise the investors 5% annually and keep 5% for costs.
We are willing to share 10% of our profits annually for an investor who will help us. I believe we can sell up to 200 generators in the first 3 years with the proper electric supply agreement which will generate $600,000 in revenues and continue to do so every year thereafter. We estimate you can gain ROI by year 6 and earn an average of $80,000 per year, every year thereafter by year 9.
Please consider investing in our new generators.
