Description: I am the Owner of 3114 Hospitality Group LLC. We are new hospitality company that is focus on bringing back the high quality service of the hospitality industry mainly on the east coast. We started with our first location Prohibition at the Rathskeller December 5th 2015. A little about the restaurant and (URL removed) location we found is in North Haledon, NJ. The Restaurant use to be a Speak Easy during prohibition that is where the name PROHIBITION came from. Prohibition is a Gastro Pub that focuses on high end dishes with familiar ingredients, flavors, and background. The Restaurant is made up of two floors the first floor which is more of a tavern/ pub feel, where as upstairs is more of a dining experience nice background music, white table clothes, calmer atmosphere. With a total seating of about 162. We are currently looking for an investment to take us into our new year so that we can finish the renovation that we started before we open. 90% which is done. We just need to replace some floor to get rid of carpeting in our upstairs dining room. To add much needed equipment that would speed up line production. As well as expand our brand at this location. We are located less then one mile from William Patterson University as well as less then three miles from two other colleges. We want to implement a new promo program that targets the college student which we expecting to add another $300000 of revenue on the low side. We don't plan to stop there our goal 6 months to a year from now is to expand our brand and menu mostly our salad, burgers, and small plates and convert into food court modules, and expand the full size model into airports. As well as Expand 3114 Hospitality Group portfolio with other restaurant concepts that are in developmental stage. Our 5 year goal is to have our first boutique hotel open under our mother company. And continue growth after that. So as you can see we are not just looking for an short term investor but also someone that can help our vision of quality hospitality location take off on the east coast and more. Hospitality is my back ground I have worked as an Executive Chef, Concept Chef, and Even as a Operations manager for companies such as Marra Restauant Group, Walt Disney, and Hilton Brands. I have the knowledge of the industry as well as nothing but passion just need the capital to move us forward.
