We are a start up energy company who will be converting landfill waste into electricity. We have Letter of Intent agreements with the City of Kirkwood, Missouri and we are locking one up with Farifiled County, South Carolina within the next seven (7) days. We need funding for the building of the plants as well as infrastructure. We are willing to concede up to 20% of the interest in the company. We alos have plans to issue an IPO within 12-18 months after initial funding.
