I am a licensed Real Estate Broker looking to focus in on Real Estate Wholesale and Small Rehabs. I have come into an opportunity to partner with a high producing wholesale company throughout the states. I will need a minimum of $10k to join this partnership. Expected revenue can gross from $40k-100k a month with a 50/50 split. They will provide funding for the purchases and off market property listings in addition to investors to solicit properties to. I will do the leg work in securing property contracts, through evaluations, negotiations making offers and producing buyers. This is an opportunity that I have aggressively been looking for.
