Competitive advantage is gained by us through strong dealership connections, deep client base, and a cult like following based on our reputation and success in past jobs. At this current time the big boys in the game so to speak are south Florida based, or southern California based. Some have understanding of depreciation but some do not. Some have the understanding of marketing but most do not. What Auto Adrenaline will be doing differently is working with a tight knit group of dealers nationwide and world wide to move cars on a regular basis and avoid getting caught up in holding cars for too long. Also we will be implementing an all new strategy of marketing ourselves as salespeople and personalities in the dealership world. We all know about you tube and other forms of online video exchange and viewing. A plan is in place to implement video of each and every car we carry on our site as well as creating a following of viewers of our reviews of automobiles just like Top Gear based out of Europe. Rather than a generalized review on the cars, we will be doing full reviews on the very car we have in stock. We will be pointing out the advantages and disadvantages of each car so that there is no confusion of the automobiles we carry. This will cut down on questions from the customers and time wasting so to speak. Also this will help weed out true buyers from just people looking for information. I believe it is very important to be able to create outstanding reviews on the cars in order to catch the eye of the customer and create trust and respect. Not to mention creating an almost celebrity status of the sales people I carry as well as myself.
Other competitive advantages of Auto Adrenaline include exclusive partnerships with Department of Speed in Delray Beach Fl, for the purchase and building of Factory Five GTM supercars and Cobra replicas. These cars can be custom built and ordered for a substantial profit. Also, I have an exclusive contract with the Aljomaih Automotive Company in Saudi Arabia and Dubai. I am the only importer and exporter of their preowned vehicles in the country as well as their main source for exotic cars in the USA.
A new advantage just established is a partnership with Maximum Performance in Pompano Beach Florida. The owner Matt Reynolds brings to the team extensive knowledge on classic cars that will help create profitable venues in that market as well as referrals and business savvy that will surely increase profits for everyone involved.
