I started J and T's Treats using Mini Melts ice cream as my start. I started this business with a freezer, ice cream push cart and 12 cases of pre packaged ice cream cups. I would like to expand to a 7 x 14 concession trailer serving cups of ice cream at fairs and festivals. Within the next three years I hope to expand to at least 3 vending machines that will be placed at various sites such as malls, bowling alleys, theme parks, ect.
