We manufacturer a no tomatoes BBQ sauce. Soy based. The layers of flavor come through Soy, sweet then heat. We have 3 products on the market in 3 states, 100 plus stores currently, but have 6 varieties approved and licenced. We work with 2 distributors but do most myself.
