We have been doing property preservation work and re-habbing for a few different customers for 2 years. The properties we have re-habbed have all been sold within 30 days after completion. We have been learning about the many stages of flipping houses to better equip ourselves and be able to successfully flip our own properties, with the help of an investor. We are interested in flipping at least 6 properties in 2013 with a net profit of 40 to 50% per property. We have done this, as the contractor, for other investment companies.
