We are wholesale Investors. In this real estate market, being able to purchase real estate with no equity, 20-50% below market value is not common for the average Investor.
We focus on pre-foreclosures, Reo's, short sales and tax lien sales.
We need backing from Investors with cash. Anywhere from $25,000 and up. We can negotiate deals, making Investors thousands of dollars in profit. We will lock up the property and either sale the property to the investor up front or have the Investor finance the rehab of the property, hold, and sale at at later date for a 50/50 profit.
The more cash buyers we have backing us, the more dominant our negotiations are with banks because banks are ready and willing to unload these Reo's and do Short Sales if they know the buyer is ready to deal.
