Current holdings include two waterfront single family homes in Central Florida and a bayfront condo in downtown Sarasota. I am not and have never been in the business of flipping property for a quick profit. I search out and purchase the best home value in prime waterfront locations that are in need of renovation and/or repair. I have assembled a talented group of licensed contractors, managers and landscapers, and a creative team of designers and decorators hand picked from the Ringling College of Art for interior finishes, custom furniture and decor. Unique features and/or amenities are created for each home such as private putting greens, Tiki Huts, Koi Ponds and waterfalls to stand out from the vacation rental competition while adding property value. Properties are placed in the vacation rental market generating income streams.
