Description:
I am a single mom, a veteran, and a person who loves to help others. I used to want to do this for the substantial income, but now it warms my heart knowing that even though I can get a decent paycheck with every hire, I have given a family, a chance at a decent life with a regular paycheck. This business has no longer become about me and my earning potential but about my candidates and getting them a job they can love, and do to support their family. I search through all kinds of job boards, I focus on what my candidate wants. But most jobs, once started, goes for just the client. If I find the candidate, great, but for those who do not qualify. I find them a job they do qualify for.
