South Padre Island is a very popular and vastly growing island off the coast of Texas, and within a half hour of the Mexican border. There are numerous hotels\condos\resturants\bars, and even a Schilitterbaun Water park, but what it doesn't have is a place for families to take their children after the sun goes down. I believe that it would make a tremendous about of money due to the already huge increase in vacationers, but also the local people of the island, and the surrounding areas. I have grand ideas that would make this business a VERY VERY profitable one, but I just need the investment money/partner, to help it come alive.
