My partner and I are looking to open a discounted second run theater. The reason that this venture is going to be profitable is because there is no real competition for over 40 miles. There is a need for some sort of affordable entertainment in our area. We need a places that the low income people, that are the majority of this area, can afford. In the research that we have done we found that the company could begin to turn a profit as early as 9-12 months. I know that this is something that my community needs and will use.
