Please accept this letter of interest in possibly doing future business with you. A Jane of All Administrative/Entrepreneurial trades, yet a natural genius at creating the unthinkable. I’d like to sit down and personally talk with owners or those who can refer me in the right direction. I have a ton of ideas and creations attached brochures’ you’ll find a few.
I had started my own business, “Success Housing”, apartments for students in NY from out of State/Country within 6mths allowing me to make over $15,000. But lost the residual in 6months
As a boss stated I made too much, an ended encouraged my students to move into his basement. At it again with plans more realistic, possible and reasonable to make this housing a success once more. In college at Fayetteville State University in 1989 I wrote Nike and Timberland with the idea of shoe’s without backs. Though I never seen them in Nike or Timberlands every other brand was known to follow that fashion that is still being sold today, and I got NO credit.
I moved from NC the Country, to NY and became well rounded in cooking from all nationalities. Taking notes from Africans, Guyanese, Chinese, Japanese, Jamaican, St. Lucia, St. Thomas, Trinidadians, and combined it all with my Country dishes creating the most amazing flavors probably never before created till I imagined it. I started baking gluten free cakes at 1199 where I was a medical biller, and sold over 90 cakes daily at $3.00 each. Then one day I was called to the office and asked who were I selling the gluten free cakes for, and I said myself and I was told I could no longer sell unless it was for a cause. Still have a desire to create new tasty treats and a better plan to move forward with this idea next time. Sauce queen I would call myself because I make the tastiest sauces to anything Ham, Turkey, Bar BQ sauces, vinegarettes, gluten free cakes and muffins, chocolates, icings, etc. If I taste it I’m instantly thinking how can I make whatever BETTER. And I do. I refuse to ever buy bar BQ sauces again when mines is that tasty and several folks want me to make for them to sell. I just didn’t envision of doing a lot of leg work prepping, bottling, shipping etc. But with a better execution on this project I have an idea for it to run smoothly, with an investor or two to back my start up putting into the grocery stores. I now have ideas to create, candy, hourderves, pies, jeans, hooded dresses, shirts, lawn furniture, and car accessories. Would be honored to speak with Donald Trump with these Ton of ideas. Purchased a co-op in Brooklyn, 1001 President St. J1, between Bedford and Franklin in which I sublet today. Studio valued at 65K now. Looking to later purchase housing for NC State Students.
Had my son at 40, now 44 and he’s my motivation. I’m passionate about this and very EXCITED, and have been told by many I cook with Love! Yet I’m not a Chef. I love my creations, and all my friends love them! Hopefully my experience can soon be immediately and profitably utilized to our mutual benefit. Enjoy your day and have a great week!
