Description: AML, Inc. is in the process of opening a Child Care Center named Kreative Kids Learning Center. In opening this Child Care Center two (2) partners came together with different backgrounds and experiences. Collectively, we have over 17 years in owning and operating businesses such as an in home child care center, a real estate and mortgage company, and a nationwide notary and document signing service. We spent countless hours researching the child care industry and making sure we followed a strict business plan. We looked at many locations and finally picked a facility that demonstrates the advantage of location, location, location. The center is over 5,000sq ft and can license approximately 100 children. The facility itself has been used for Centers such as the Montessori School
