Turning Ranch (One Family's Dream) is to be a certified organic, pasture raised, natural, sustainable, grass-fed Farm/ranch in NE Texas that provides highly nutritious, clean food to Organic Co-ops. Busines model is to be almost totally ssustainable in 10 years including food, bio-diesel (bio-gas), animals, waste processing, solar and more. Main products that are in high demand are fish, duck, geese and vegtables grown organically. We intend on using the Euopean organic model for fish since no USDA certification is in place at this time. Currently two(2) major co-ops are anzious for our products and we feel we can sell all we can produce. Organic food is for the future. We are looking for equity funding of $500K for less than 50% interest. Expected return after 3 years is over 20%
