Nola's Fish Fry is currently in the planning stages. The two business owners/founders decided to establish a Fish Fry and soul food restaurant in the business district of Fullerton, CA. Nola's will offer all of the southern delights including tasty treats like red velvet cake, lemon cake, germon chocolate and much more. Though it seems that these are recipes for a heart attack, they are NOT. Nola's will offer foods that are healthy choice with the same great taste. This will be accomplished by preparing the foods in pure olive oil and taking healthful preparation methods yet conserving the savory tastes. This restaurant will not only offer great food, but wifi and weekly live musical entertainment. This vision will not end here but grow into a national chain spreading southern comfort around the country.
