We have become a destination location for baby boomer retirees. Homes will be retiree and environmentally friendly. CCRs have been done, soil work has been done, and the ten and a half acres is encombrance free. Sewer is already available at the street. The project consists of 48 homes and recreation facility, and geothermal heat a/c and water heaters, 1500 to 1800 square feet per unit. Initial funding will build 4 units streets and drainage as well as the geothermal system. The entire project is estimated to cost 10 million dollars with a final net profit of 6 million dollars.
