Description:
This is a small family run organic farm. Currently in fruit trees, grapes and nuts. My company is forming and looking to purchase and run this farm. The current owner would be willing to take an advisory position and has contracts in place for the sale of the produce. We are looking to expand this venture with our own small store and a "leasing" program where families pay a fee for their own tree and we maintain it for them until completion. There is definite potential here! Just look at the recent outbreaks of bacteria and dangerous chemicals from China! This is a ceritifed organic farm. At some point we look to expand to grass fed cattle also.
