Description:
Serenity Float is an oasis to relax, rest, release, and rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul.
In complete silence and darkness away from all the outside noise and distractions you can escape into yourself and focus on you. Serenity Float will assist in providing an environment that is free from all external stimulation. Our body responds to this by basically taking a gigantic mental and physical sigh of relief.
While floating you no longer need to be worried about filtering the outside world, our production of stress hormones drop, our brainwaves lower in frequency, allowing relaxation and free-thinking, letting our right brain thinking emerge for creativity and thoughts of things beyond us here, and a natural spike in the neuro-chemicals happens making us feel happy, peaceful, and free.
Each float pod holds a solution that is about 2/3 water and 1/3 Epsom salt, maintained at 93.5 degrees, your body temperature, to make it seem as though you are floating in space completely forgetting that the water is even there. The Epsom salt adds density to the water, which makes our bodies very buoyant. As you lie on your back, your body floats on the surface, half in and half out of the water. This buoyancy has an amazing rejuvenating effect on the human body.
Floating has shown many benefits for us in a variety of ways....
Magnesium Sulfate, Epsom Salt, inherently allows us to relax, also its great for our skin, hair, digestive system, and mind. Being without gravity in a sense, with no external stimuli, allows our bodies to truly R.E.S.T (Restricted Environmental Stimulus Therapy) and relax. Helping with pain management, meditation, stress relief, injury recovery, arthritis, fibromyalgia, addictions, memory recall, strengthen respiratory and immune system, pregnant women and more.
Serenity Float will also offer additional services in addition to floating such as massage, reiki sessions and classes, meditation technique classes, chakra balancing, and foot detox. We want to also help support our local creative minds by showcasing and selling, on a monthly rotation, different local artist's work and also sell locally made teas and soaps as well as join together with some of the other businesses that are similar to hold monthly events and workshops all focused on the better good for each of us individually so we can better help one another as a whole.
This is my first business and I am very excited to bring such a wonderful experience here to Orlando I have already started a buzz about it around town and have had nothing but positive feedback and excited first floaters
