Workout Freedom will take aerobic classes to the next generation of health and fitness taking personal training and placing it in a fun, motivating, affordable and effective group exercise class setting. We will challenge individuals with functional movements. Balance, stabilization and “KoreXtreme” training through current and innovative exercise science applied to up to date choreography.
