I'm looking for a private loan for the purchase of a up and running laundrymat in Georgia.
Looking to stucture the loan for 36 months at 8% interest and give a percentage of the business profits for life after the loan is paid off.
As long as the bills get paid I'll take just a small profit or even no profit until you're paid in full. This is my dream that will help me grow other dreams as the years go by so for the person
that helps me get there I won't have any problem thanking them over and over again by offering that lifetime residual.
It's currently generating 9k a month being open just regular business hours. I can get that business up to 20k a month and even more if possible.
If I can get it to 20k a month I'll split the net profits with you over 50% I'll do 60% or more just to get it paid off quicker. I'll open it 24 hours. I can get game systems in there for free. I'm a
marketing expert and can generate traffic. I can get help for next to nothing to attend it sometimes.
Overall I'm very serious and I'd love to talk more about how to get it
all structured. I'm talking about drawing this up with legalpaperwork. This is a win win situation for the person or company willing to provide the funds for this. It's not a start up or dream in process it's a up and running business that will yeild immediate returns.
