Description:
I am starting a muli-sports complex on Cape Cod MA. The complex will consist of two multi purpose fields that can be used to play such sports as soccer, lacrosse, flag football, field hockey. The fields can be utilize in many others uses such as golf. Also, in the complex will be two regulation basketball courts and a smaller gym that will be used for clinics and children between the ages of 5-10 years old.
The need for this complex is weather and lack of facilites either indoor or outdoors. New England weather limits people from playing sports outdoor to roughly 3 to 4 months. In addition, the lack of fields is grossly inadaqate. Unfortunely, the closer complex is in Boston, which is about 60 miles from Cape Cod.
