Description:
We are looking into forming a business in the Tampa Bay area that is growing not only through the state of Florida, but the U.S. alike. The business will provide a much needed safe "social" environment for middle aged to older individuals to meet & socialize. There is only one other club like this within a 80 mile radius of where we plan on locating.
Studies have confirmed that this type of club is in great need and the ones that exist are not up to their full potential or clientele expectations. ie: a lack of a safe, clean environment with responsible management/ownership. Even so, the profit margin for these clubs range in the five figure area per week. We have developed a mass following in the past few years to support our venture as a need for this type of business readily exists.
