I have been involving with various projects such as restaurants, driving ranges, commercial & residential R.E, and recently in health care services & hotels. My primary concentrations are investments in R.E but services must come with the R.E for immediate returns & mortgage (URL removed) background experience was in electronics/computer,then, healthcare in parallel with CA R.E broker licences since 1978. Our equity net worth > 1 mil but it is hardly enough for what we want to do. We are currently in a very stressed economy but I see full of opportunities esp. in california, USA.
I am first generation refugged from Viet Nam 1975. I am greatful to be in america as my second homeland: life is great here because it alway fulls of opportunities.
