Description:
This is a dream of mine. The only thing I have is the knowledge and time to work a beef operation. It would not be in competition for commercial feedlots. This would be for a specific market of organic beef. I would like to raise either black or red angus. They are even tempered and small boned so there is not as much loss due to bone mass.
