Description:
My sister and I are seeking investor seed money in order to open a women's clothing boutique. I have 6 years experience in the boutique industry, with 12 years total in the apparel industry. My sister has a background in retail sales, and recruiter for major companies. We want to open a fashion forward store in the Round Rock, Texas area. There is little to no competition, and the locations we are interested in leasing, are near a major through road, with a very high per capita income resident.
