I own 2 patents. I'm looking for an invester to put up the minimum seed money needed ($12,500.00) to hire a company out of CA who wants to advertise and market my products. The seed money is not a loan and in return for this seed money you will be given 10% of the net profits of the sales of these products through a liscensing agreement when reached and the product is sold in the market place. If your interested you can speak directly with the company and or you will be given copies of their marketing, advertising and business proposals for my product that would be used for the sale of my products. You will also be given a legal contract to sign.
