I am not really aware of this program and I am usually skeptical however your timing is good. I am in the process of trying to find a way to FUND my way OUT of California and go back home to the east coast. I am born and raised in Orlando, Fl was doing good THEN I moved to SoCal and it kick my rear. I am and have been in retail for years also marketing in Florida and desire to be self sufficient again. I currently am in fine jewelry,watch and clock repair. But there is more to my expertise. Full of ideas and energy I am!!But I need the funds, not much to vacant SoCal. I plan to rent my home out. It also is in a desirable area 35 minutes from Palm Springs in the Inland Empire, golfing community with good schools etc.
