I'm seeking an Investor to invest in an established medical billing company that I can oversee.
The Company is a medical marketing and sales company in the revenue cycle
management space. The Company resells medical contracts to “end users” that
specifically service the contracts, this allows the Company to focus on marketing
and training the end user on the daily operations of their business. The model is
a proven one based on the need and demand for these services. The contracts
provided are in the medical billing, medical collections, medical transcriptions,
and medical claims appeals. The current owner has outsourced partners set up to assist end users, if needed, and all the systems and processes are in place for even more expansion.
The Company enjoys healthy profit margins due to the fact that the servicing of
the contracts are performed by the end user. A new owner can expand the
Company by keeping the same model (selling contracts to “end users”),
incorporate the servicing of the contracts (service clients “in-house”), or a
combination of the two, to grow the Company and associated annual revenues.
