Description:
ECT Services & Solutions, Inc.:
Timing for all Start-up technologies can be very critical concerning profitability success however, ECT Inc. finds itself within a perfect time setting as new water regulations affecting petroleum producers in Kern County, California are coming into effect.
ECT Inc. Technology has been in development for approximately 5 years and has been used commercially on several occasions for waste water treatment generated by companies such as; K2 Pure Solutions, (division of Dow Chemical), ServPro Inc. and Caltrans.
The Technology showcase held in conjunction with Valley Water Management was deemed very successful by all involved, which also caught the attention of many major and smaller petroleum producers in Kern County. Beginning in January 2017 these producers will have to start complying with new ground water regulations or be faced with big fines imposed by the State and Kern County or face the possibility of losing their oil leases.
On several occasions ECT Inc. has shown its technology complies with all new regulations being implemented by the State and County. In fact, at this time, ECT is the only company in Kern County known to have showcased a viable treatment solution.
ECT’s technology is doing for clean water what the catalytic converter did for clean air. Just like the breakthrough technology revolutionized the automobile industry in the 1970’s - ECT’s technology is doing the same for water.
ECT’s technology ((URL removed)), eliminates the bottleneck of changing filters and membranes which costs industry in North America $317 billion annually. We provide a pivotal platform to make American Innovation Work for America – Again.
This will happen through providing a business to business service that provides “Cost Containment Savings” as ECOPOD technology extends filter and membrane service life multiple times, without using chemicals.
Business Model:
ECT Inc. business model is one based on Sales, Leases and Services of its technology, but ECT’s business model is primarily based on smaller petroleum producers paying a “tipping fee” based on the number of barrels treated per day. Presently under this model reoccurring revenues are generated by cleaning the water. The following Service model illustrates a reoccurring revenue scenario based on 1, 5, 10 and 100 ECOPOD systems treating 10,000 barrels per day:
Net Profit with 1 ECOPOD System in Operation: $2,372,500
Net Profit with 5 ECOPOD Systems in Operation: $11,862,500
Net Profit with 10 ECOPOD Systems in Operation: $23,725,500
Net Profit with 100 ECOPOD Systems in Operation: $237,250,000
