Description: The idea for (URL removed) is to apply an interactive online "crowdfunding" model to the Christian's call to help their brothers and sisters in Christ who are in need: Romans 12:10-13: "Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly (URL removed)tributing to the necessity of the saints." Crowdfunding is the process of raising funds for a specific need through the pooling of efforts by an online community or “crowd”. Recently developed crowdfunding websites such as (URL removed), for third world micro loans, and (URL removed), to help inner-city schools, have become very successful in raising needed funds. Using this crowdfunding approach, (URL removed) will allow donors (who can remain anonymous) to search the church submitted profiles of Christians in need on our website and choose which ones they would like to help. Donors can also choose to receive periodic updates from those they have helped. This allows for both the donors and the recipients to be blessed together. (URL removed) will use biblical principles of giving and tithing and in so doing, ensure that 100% of donated money will go directly to meeting the needs of fellow Christians (medical bills, utility bills, mortgage payments/rent, food, etc...).
