Description:
I am looking to start a convenience store in a fast growing area in Louisiana. We live 15 minutes from the nearest stores. Many people in the area have voiced that we need a store in this area that carries, bread, milk, cigarettes, liquor, and gas. This is something that I really feel will definitely help our area out. it is an area that is fast growing because of the school system. The land is selling like crazy and what was once a farming area is now being occupied by houses and structures now. We are becoming populated well now. I have a dream to make this happen and would love the capitol to help make this dream a reality. I am interested in a business partner who is looking for someone to do all the work while they just let me borrow what is needed to build the company and I will maintain it. I have experience in managing and I have been in the sales side of it for many years. This would be a great investment and would also make tons of people happy in the area. This will give a return profit in a short time if we can get it set up and going.
